By accessing or using Anesearch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Anesearch is an online job marketplace connecting anesthesia professionals (CRNAs, CAAs, and Anesthesiologists) with healthcare employers and staffing agencies. We provide tools for job searching, applications, and recruitment.
3. User Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, data mine, or automatically collect information from the Service
- Post discriminatory content that violates employment laws
- Spam users with unsolicited communications
5. Job Listings (For Employers)
Employers and recruiters who post jobs agree to:
- Post only legitimate job opportunities
- Provide accurate information about the position, compensation, and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Respond to qualified applicants in a timely manner
6. Applications (For Candidates)
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide truthful information in profiles and applications
- Accurately represent credentials, experience, and qualifications
- Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
- Not submit applications containing false or misleading information
7. Fees and Payment
Job posting fees are charged at the time of publication. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice.
- Standard job posting: $249 for 30 days
- Job searching and applying is free for candidates
8. Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job listings, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Service.
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anesearch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND EMPLOYMENT OR SUITABLE CANDIDATES. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT OR THE CREDENTIALS OF USERS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANESEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anesearch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
